I decide to do a clothespin because only had simple shapes. I wanted to do simple shapes instead of complicated shapes because it would take longer then the time I had to make this. I think it is a really well done piece of art. I also think it is also successful because it looks really nice and it's not very scribbly looking.
One of the problems I had was deciding what to do in the first place. I came up with the clothespin idea when I saw one that was in the images that came up in my search for an object. The other problem I had was with getting the coloring right because I was having trouble making it pop-out. I solved that problem by with Mrs.Ruggles help and some tips from her.
I feel that this piece is a successful because it is one of my best of this year. I like how it stands out because of the coloring I am glad that Mrs. Ruggles made me go back and make the pencil's coloring look better so it looks like the real thing. I am very happy with this piece of art because I believe it is one of the best pieces of my work this year . I am happy because it shows me that with some help I can get it done.
